Employee Spotlight-Dana Dugen
Dana Dugen is one of the finest team members on our team. He has been servicing metal cutting band saws for over 36 years and is currently servicing the needs of DoALL Sawing Products customers as a member of our Field Services team. His expertise includes installing and repairing bandsaws and providing our customers with support and training about the sawing machines, blades and coolant proper use. Dana’s dedication to customer success shines through each and every day!
On a typical day, Dana travels to a customer or business site where he diagnoses the problem and repairs or installs a sawing machine. Once it is completed, he then repeats the process for other customers or businesses. Dana has maintained a remarkable attitude and work commitment in the span of 9 years he spent at DoALL and he can be described as a very active and winsome member of the team. He finds joy in meeting and working with new people which helps create a great work environment for the company.
Dana began his career at a donut shop at the age of 15 where he developed good communication skills. Later he decided to join DoALL due to its reputation and brand image. Here he used those communication skills to make his first sales to a new customer, which he describes as the proudest moment of his career. If Hollywood made a movie about his life, he would like to see a younger version of Clint Eastwood being casted as him.
Dana loves spending time with his wife and family, and he enjoys fishing and dirt bikes in his free time. As a person dedicated to his career, he works by the motto
“Do things correct the first time!”
Dana has proved time and time again why he is a great asset to the company. His knowledge and experience has helped DoALL achieve greater heights.
