DoALL Tilt Frame TF-2028M is designed to deliver higher productivity, longer blade life, and improved operator safety for structural cutting applications. It offers up to w 20” x h 28″ rectangular and 20” round tube cutting capacity.
The TF-2028M from DoALL Sawing Products has many versatile features that allow this machine to be used in medium to large-sized shops.
The TF-2028M features a thoughtfully positioned operator control console located on the right side of the machine, providing convenient access without interfering with machine operations. The PLC interface allows operators to easily switch between manual operation and AI-driven cutting modes to save blade life. The touchscreen continuously monitors and displays key operating parameters including band speed, head feed rate, and head position.

Machine Details & Specs:
Operator Control Console
The control console is neatly positioned on the right hand side of the machine out of the way of machine operations but easily accessed by the operator.
PLC Touchscreen
The touchscreen workstation provides the operator the option of using the machine in a manual mode or AI mode. The workstation also monitors and displays bandspeeds, head feed rate and head position at all times. Machine errors are also displayed for ease of troubleshooting eliminating long periods of downtime.
Saw Head Design
The saw head is mounted on linear rails which are mounted to the robust frame of the saw. The saw head is built for the head to be at a 7 degree angle to the saw base allowing for easy entry and exit of structural materials increasing saw band life.
Direct Driven Band Drive
The band drive is comprised of an electric VFD controlled motor transferring power through a gear reduction unit directly to drive wheel eliminating belt slippage and giving positive torque to the sawblade.
Laser Line
The machine has a laser line for eaye material positioning allowing the operator quicker set up times increasing production.
Programmed Blade Change Mode
The machine has a programmed blade change mode which locks the band drive out during blade change eliminating the possibility of injury, if the band would turn on. The designed mode also allows one operator to change the band from the floor, eliminating the need for someone to climb on the machine, preventing possible injury.
Automatic Adjusting Upper Guide Post
The guide post will automatically adjust to a predetermined position per the operator material input, keeping it as close to the cut as possible, eliminating the need for the operator to position it. It also adjusts as the head is tilted to prevent any blade crashes into the vices.
WiFi Hot Spot
A WiFi hot spot antenna is included with the machine for ease of troubleshooting and maintenance of the machine decreasing any down time for machine malfunctions or program updates.
Band Wheels
Cast iron HT250 band wheels insure proper band tracking and long life.
Hydraulic Band Tension
Band tension is hydraulically set eliminating the possibility of over/under tensioning of the band allowing for maximum band life and cutting rates.
Flood Coolant System
The flood coolant system supplies coolant to the blade evenly before and after the cut providing longer band life due to the coolant being applied directly to the tooth tip. The machine has been specially designed to keep coolant splash limited so as not to create slipping hazards around the machine.
AI Smart Mode
AI Smart Mode configures the feed rate through preset cutting patterns adjusting automatically based on known material shapes. The AI cutting mode also allows the operator 3 different cutting rates. They are:
-ECO which is economy mode which prioritizes saw blade conservation by providing a slower feed rate and cutting speed.
-STANDARD which is normal cutting speeds and feed rate.
-HP or High Production which will provide a higher speed or feed rate which will provide production but lessen band life.
These rates are easily adjusted +/- 10% while the machine is running.
Full Stroke Hydraulic Vices
Full stroke hydraulic vices insure maximum part clamping eliminating the possibility of material movement. Unique designed front vice jaws give maximum clamping pressure near the cut, at all times. Variable vice pressure will prevent distortion in thin wall tubing and extrusions.
Automatic Lubricating System
The machine is equipped with an automatic lubricating system insuring the lubrication of all linear rails and trucks.

High and Low Vice Jaws
The machine comes equipped with two sets of vice jaws which can be changed to allow full clamping for different material sizes eliminating any vibrations of the material while cutting increasing saw band life.
